As associate consultant intern, you will join H&H to work in teams and directly with our clients. In this role we expect you will help our clients in the private, public, and social sectors solve their most pressing problems. You’ll work in one of our teams identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge. H&H believes in strengths-based development and coaching, and you’ll receive frequent mentoring from colleagues.

While all consultants develop specialized knowledge as they progress with H&H, most are initially broad in their focus, meaning they do not need specific industry or functional expertise to be successful.

Our delivery consultants are involved from strategy through execution with a disciplined eye on impact and sustainability at every stage of the project life-cycle. Our associate consultants are analytical and creative, leaders and collaborators.

As associate consultant, you work alongside the client’s staff on each project, assisting with implementation tasks. This could include facilitating working sessions with front-line and supervisors, connecting with and motivating the client team, or developing skills of H&H or client team members when appropriate, principally through coaching. It is expected from you to solicit feedback from team members to develop your own skills. Our business analyst will be an experienced, disciplined, and highly motivated who has worked on a wide range of projects within both the public, private sectors and social sectors. An accomplished and fluent communicator with strong investigation, problem-solving and decision-making skills, combined with a pragmatic approach and sound business acumen. Highly accomplished with a verifiable track record in fields such as analysis and gathering, business process mapping and the development of interactive prototypes.
